Question:
How do I reserve my spot on a tour? Answer: You can make a
reservation either by calling our reservation line (1-800-496-7081),
or by filling out and submitting our
secure online reservation form. Your reservation includes a
non-refundable deposit, which ensures that your spot is reserved!
Question: What kind
of vehicle will I get for my tour? Answer: It depends on the
number of people who sign up. All our tours run in either a stretch
Lincoln limo (6- or 10-passenger sizes), an SUV limo (Hummer, Ford
Excursion, or Lincoln Navigator), or a luxury limo bus.
Question: Do you offer discounts for children or seniors?
Answer: Of course! Children 2-4 years old can ride on a lap and
take our tours for free. Children ages 5-12 and senior citizens (over
70) receive a 10% discount on all tours. Sorry, infants (under 2 years
old) are not permitted on our luxury tours.
Question: I already live in the San Francisco Bay Area. Why
should I take one of your tours? Answer: Because we offer a
unique luxury tour experience, most of our tours are perfect for Bay Area
locals as well as tourists and first-time visitors. Our relaxed,
comfortable limousine tours are a great way to meet people from around the
bay and the world!
Question: If something comes up, can I cancel my reservation?
Answer: Customers who cancel at least 24 hours before the tour
departure will be charged only the non-refundable deposit. Customers
who cancel less than 24 hours before the tour departure will be charged the
full price for the tour. It costs us to make sure all our tour limos
are available ahead of time!
Question: Are tours ever cancelled due to bad weather?
Answer: This is California! Inclement weather is rare. If
the weather does look really bad, we may cancel a tour. If so, all
customers will receive a full refund. Most of our tours, however, will
run unless the weather is really terrible, since we offer a luxury tour
experience that is enjoyable no matter what the weather is like.
Question: Are tours ever cancelled because not enough tickets are
sold? Answer: A tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of
tickets has not been sold. But because we have several vehicle options
for our tours, we require a minimum of just 6 people to make sure a tour
takes place.
Question: Where do tours depart from? Can I be picked up?
Answer: All our tours depart from wherever you are! Tours
include free pick-up from anywhere in San Francisco, or pick-up for a small
extra fee from anywhere in the wider bay area.
Question: Do you offer private tours? Answer:
Certainly! As a limousine tour company, we can accommodate all
different kinds of tours, special occasions, and virtually any luxury

Question: Is a tip/gratuity included in the tour price?
Answer: We do not include gratuity in the price of our tours. If
you find your tour safe and enjoyable, you should feel free to tip your
chauffeur tour guide at your discretion.
Question: When should I reserve my tour? Answer: We
recommend that you make a reservation at least 2 weeks in advance.
This should ensure that you get a spot on the tour you want. You can
always call to see if there is space available on a tour, up to 24 hours
before the tour departs.
Question: My party is celebrating a special occasion. Can I
arrange something special to go along with the tour? Answer: Of
course! As a limousine tour company, we are always happy to make that

Question: What should I wear on my tour? Answer: Since
we run tours all over Northern California, it depends on where your tour is
going. You can find information about what to wear and much more by
linking to the detailed descriptions of each of our
tour packages. In general, we recommend sunblock and light clothes
in the summer (with a jacket in case of fog!) and warmer layers in the
winter. Except for wintertime on our Tahoe/Reno and Yosemite tours, a
thick coat should never be necessary.
